Introduction

Tianran Wei is currently an assistant professor at School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His current research focuses on advanced thermoelectric materials and inorganic flexible semiconductors.

Advanced Thermoelectric Materials: developing high-performance thermoelectric materials & understanding the electrical and thermal transport properties

Inorganic Flexible Semiconductors: searching for semiconductors with decent flexibility/deformability & studying the interplay between the crystal structure and electrical/thermal/mechanical properties
