Biographic Information

His main research interests include advanced porous adsorbent materials, adsorptive & membrane separation, carbon capture and conversion, hydrogen energy, ammonia energy, process integration, and electrochemical nanofabrication. Zhigang has authored >58 peer-reviewed papers with >5300 citations. He served as an Independent Reviewer for world leading journals, such as Nature Chemistry, Nature Communications, AIChE Journal, Environmental Science & Technology, etc. He is the Early Career Researcher (ECR) of UK Carbon Capture and Storage Research Centre (UKCCSRC) and Member of International Adsorption Society (IAS). He is now an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Chemical Engineering (Frontiers), Editorial Board Member for Membranes (MDPI), and ECR Board Member for Materials Today Sustainability (Elsevier).
